Chef Alessa brings experience from renowned restaurants like Buca Yorkville, Auberge du Pommier, Alo Bar, and Phantom Creek Estates, where she crafted farm-to-table dishes celebrating local ingredients.
With a philosophy that “every ingredient has a story,” Chef Alessa’s menu will highlight seasonal Okanagan flavors through creative, bold dishes.
