aprés in style

UNWIND, INDULGE, REPEAT

After a day on the slopes, settle into the warmth of our fireside lounge and experience après the way it was meant to be—elevated yet effortless. Sip on expertly curated Okanagan wines, savor our signature fondue, and soak in the alpine ambiance. Whether you’re toasting to fresh powder or simply unwinding with friends, our après sessions are the perfect way to end your day.

our

WINES

At Six Degrees, we believe that wines produced by local Okanagan vineyards are crafted with the same care and playfulness as the food we serve.

The Okangan Valley is wine producing region like no where else, our 250 kilometre valley boasts 86% of B.C’s vineyards. The distinct soil and climate conditions are suited to a range of varietals producing wines that are rich in character and history.

From boutique wineries to world class operations the Okangan Valley vineyards connect people the world over through a shared love for wine.

Six Degrees’ owner John Mooney, a longtime local, will introduce you to your next favourite wine from our carefully curated, 100% Okanagan wine list.

our

PHILOSOPHY

The intimate fireside dining room provides an upscale and cozy atmosphere. Sit back and watch the snow fall while you enjoy our delicious mountain-inspired fair.

Our philosophy is that food (and the wine that accompanies it) should bring the ultimate joy to those who eat it. With the belief that an innovative approach to cooking creates the perfect excuse to get together at the table. A long time passion project for all involved, we pay heartfelt homage to the mountains we call home. At its core, 6° showcases time-honoured traditions in an elevated-yet-approachable space where food, drink and atmosphere combine for a transportive dining experience unlike any other.

The Six Degrees team are dedicated to highlighting the finer points of food, drawing from the old techniques of French cookery with a modern spin to create a dining experience that is memorable and unique.
