our

PHILOSOPHY

The intimate fireside dining room provides an upscale and cozy atmosphere. Sit back and watch the snow fall while you enjoy our delicious mountain-inspired fair.

Our philosophy is that food (and the wine that accompanies it) should bring the ultimate joy to those who eat it. With the belief that an innovative approach to cooking creates the perfect excuse to get together at the table. A long time passion project for all involved, we pay heartfelt homage to the mountains we call home. At its core, 6° showcases time-honoured traditions in an elevated-yet-approachable space where food, drink and atmosphere combine for a transportive dining experience unlike any other.

The team are dedicated to highlighting the finer points of food, drawing from the old techniques of French cookery with a modern spin to create a dining experience that is memorable and unique.
